The Warrior Alpha DX line is Warrior’s new line for the 2019/20 season. It offers a dynamic strike fit which is designed to be low-profile and offer a superior fit and mobility compared to previous lines.
The DX3 also offers a three strap system which secures the elbow into the elbow pocket and protects against impacts by keeping the protection in the proper place at all times.
Construction
The Alpha DX3 is made using a three-piece construction. This is a new - and much desired - construction which allows for natural motion when wearing the pad and maximum dexterity of the elbow.
Bicep & Forearm Protection
Warrior uses dual-density foams to protect the elbow on the DX elbow pads. These foams are built into lightweight, ergonomically molded guards to absorb, and disperse impacts.
Elbow Cap
The elbow cap on the DX3 is made up of a rigid plastic with a foam covering. This covering helps soften impacts before they hit the plastic cap.
Strapping System
Similar to the Alpha DX, the DX3 also uses a three strap system to secure the pad to your arm. Thick straps secure the protection against the forearm and bicep while a third thinner strap fastens around the elbow to securely lock your arm into place.
Liner
The Strike liner in the Alpha DX3 helps to keep you dry by wicking moisture away from your body while playing - similar to a base layer shirt under your gear.

The Warrior DX3 elbow pads are available in X-Small, Small, Medium and Large senior sizing.
