Please Note : Very Important.
Ensure you have measured correctly for your pads, they should be snug for the first few times of using them and then they will loosen naturally, it is important that you order the correct size, as ordering the wrong size will occur costs for you to return and to send out the replacement pair to you.
We WILL NOT accept a return on any pad judged to have been worn in anyway / stretched / damaged / used / Packaging damaged or anything other than the item being returned in the EXACT condition it was sent out in.

Please measure around the mid-section of the knee joint in standing position:
Small: 24 to 28 cm
Medium: 30 to 34 cm
Large: 36 to 40 cm
XLarge: 42 to 46 cm
