Construction
The FT475 is a two-piece constructed elbow pad that is ergonomically shaped to your forearm, elbow and upper arm. The upper bicep guard is a separate piece attached to the forearm and elbow protection, giving your arms range of motion when skating and controlling the puck.
Bicep & Forearm Protection
The bicep guard on the FT475 is an independent molded plastic insert that moves with the skater’s arm as it’s needed. The forearm features a molded plastic insert that wraps the forearm comfortably, while providing a good level of protection for a recreational level elbow pad.
Elbow Cap
The JDP (Joint Dispersing Protection) elbow caps feature half exposed injected plastic that is designed to disperse impact away from the elbow joint.
Strapping System
The strapping system features 3 separate straps; a bicep guard strap, a lycra mesh strap internal strap, and a forearm strap to keep your young player’s arm locked in during all types of movements on the ice.
Liner
A performance liner designed to wick sweat away helps keep young players locked in and to help keep the elbow pad dry throughout the game.
